REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

SELFIEPLNNER has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (ex: order number). If return is approved you will receive your refund within 14 business days after we receive the product.

To begin a return, contact support@selfieplanner.com with your order number. Items are eligible for exchange and return if approved within 30 days.

If your product is damaged and within our 90 day warranty we will send you a paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A replacement will be sent to you at not cost. You can always contact us for any return question at support@selfieplanner.com. We may ask you to provide images for the product.

If exchanging product or you no longer want it once received and qualify for a return, return shipping costs will not be covered. If a defective product is being returned, contact us at support@selfieplanner.com.com and we will arrange shipping for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, like Route. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty/defective items we are happy to offer replacements, please see details on receiving a replacement below.

Damaged Products

Please email us at support@selfieplanner.com.com with photos/videos of the damage. Once the photos are reviewed, we would be happy to send a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders, digital products or personalized items. Please contact us at support@selfieplanner.com.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replacements

If the order was placed and needs a replacement during the duration of our 90 day warranty we will ship the item/cord with no cost to the customer. If the order was placed and needs a replacement after the 90 day warranty the customer will need to pay for the shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 15 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
